On June 22nd 2022, the WACCC continued their ‘Taste of WA’ series showcasing Manjimup truffles at an exclusive event held at Hart & Co. Appliances. Guests were treated to several canapés prepared by French Chef Alain Fabrègues showcasing Oak Valley truffles with wine pairing from Lost Lake Wines. On the night, former Australian Cricketer and truffle expert Wally Edwards released the Oak Valley preserved Black Truffle using only WA ingredients.
